Annual Boulder Tradition... For Those that Remember
This semester has been a deep-seated discontentment on campus. The source? CU has dropped down in the annual rankings of top party schools. Was this year’s 4/20 smoke out on the Norlin quad (in front of the library) enough to restore some lost pride? It doesn’t really matter, since the cloud of smoke was enough to instill feelings of relaxation, and the desire to join one of several drum circles that materialized on the quad.
