Dumitri’s and Rosie

Rosie

We decided to venture over to Aurora for breakfast at Dumitri’s, a Greek-American restaurant complete with blue and white tablecloths, good strong coffee, and creative food. Tony opted for a classic meat, potatoes, and egg breakfast, while Louisa had the gyros omelet with tomatoes, scallions, feta cheese and gyros meat served with warm pita bread, potatoes, and tzatziki sauce.

We then drove back to Westminster and went to the Butterfly Pavilion. We saw a variety of butterflies and flowers, and enjoyed watching the butterfly release and learning a little bit about the different butterflies. We also saw a variety of bugs and aquatic creatures (such as starfish and horseshoe crabs). Louisa even held the 4-5 year old tarantula, named Rosie.

We then took a short walk outside, where we got to see several prairie dogs foraging for food.
